In our internal Code of Conduct, we have formulated binding standards and principles of conduct to prevent corporate crime and corruption, conflicts of interest, misuse of information and data, and discriminatory behaviour. Compliance is ensured through an ongoing monitoring system.

Compliance with these rules is monitored by an ongoing control system.

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
We are convinced that acting in a resource-conserving manner is the best way to combine quality, economic efficiency and environmental protection. We avoid using paper wherever possible. We reduce travel to a minimum by using our large national and international network and the possibilities of video conferencing. Our offices are located in modern, climate-friendly buildings.
SOCIAL COMMITMENT
We are committed to the common good and support charitable and cultural institutions in a variety of ways. Among other things, we regularly donate to various charitable organisations and social institutions. BLD employees also regularly volunteer for good causes. In the area of art promotion, we support KunstSalon e.V. with an annual sponsorship contribution. In addition, our partners participate as hosts in at the music and literature festivals of KunstSalon e.V.
