The General Liability department is led by two partners, Tobias Matz and Sven Lehmann. The team of over 15 lawyers successfully represent our clients in all German courts.
In the area of general liability, our lawyers represent numerous companies, including those in the wholesale and retail sectors, in comprehensive defence against liability claims, including personal injury and material damage cases. Numerous public liability insurers throughout Germany instruct the General Liability team in representing policyholders who find themselves exposed to liability claims. Many domestic insurers also trust our General Liability department with the representation of their clients when it comes to animal owners’ liability matters in which claims from injury or property damage need to be contested.
