The Motor Insurance department is led by two partners, Christian Tomson and Sibille Bucka. Over 25 lawyers in the department represent our clients nationwide in all German courts. In addition to defending liability claims, including personal injury, our team are instructed by insurance companies to defend coverage in comprehensive motor liability claims as well as in international claims. In matters of third-party vehicle liability, the team have regularly taken on strategic litigation matters throughout Germany in recent years. Clients instruct our lawyers in particular in sensitive personal injury cases as well as in complex distribution proceedings. This expertise is centralised in the renowned BLD Personal Injury Center. Dubious claims are handled by our BLD Forensic Claims Center.
