The Associate is now followed by Senior Associate and Managing Associate. Counsel is then followed by the highest career level for salaried lawyers, Salary Partner.e Counsel.
The newly introduced career levels will help our younger colleagues in particular to develop their careers by gradually introducing them to entrepreneurial responsibility and participation within the firm.
At each development stage, we discuss with our colleagues how they can be supported in order to refine the competences and skills they need for their individual professional development. Our BLD Academy programme is also currently being expanded for this purpose.
