Close collaboration and a global exchange of experience and knowledge are key goals of the cooperation between BLD and DAC Beachcroft LLP. Both have been working together successfully for more than ten years. In June 2022, both firms signed a cooperation agreement that brought them even closer together. The experiences of a prospective attorney offer a perfect example of the opportunities made possible by this cooperation. After successful trainee days at BLD’s motor team (with BLD partner Holger Schacht), Sarah Menzel also gained insights into the work of our cooperation partner DAC Beachcroft in London. There, she was able to witness a whole new business culture, gathered impressions of a different legal system and took part in the local business life together with her colleagues. Apart from the daily work, her time in London was shaped by highlights such as a visit to the Court of Appeal and an invitation to a New Leader Afterwork Event, where Sarah Menzel had the opportunity to get in touch with clients and people from other offices like DACB Rome.
