Arndt Bröringmeyer

Arndt Bröringmeyer is a lawyer in the Disability and Accident department at the Cologne office. He conducts Germany-wide litigation for our clients on issues of occupational disability insurance and residual debt insurance. In addition, he advises insurers in the context of benefit reviews, for example, on questions of the significance of specific activities along with bespoke provisions, review procedures and breaches of the duty of disclosure. Arndt Bröringmeyer worked for a reinsurer for many years and has first-hand knowledge of what insurance companies require from their benefits departments and their lawyers. In addition to his well-founded legal knowledge, he has the necessary understanding of relevant medical facts as well as experience in working with expert witnesses.
