Christoph Welcker

Christoph Welcker is a lawyer in the Financial Lines department at the Munich office. He specialises in pre-litigation advice and litigation in the areas of professional indemnity, D&O and aviation insurance. Our clients particularly appreciate his many years of experience as a lawyer and the combination of expertise in insurance, liability and corporate law, which he successfully employs, for example, when advising and representing insurers in court against claims under coverage and liability law. Another focus of Christoph Welcker’s work last year was the defence of claims in the area of business interruption insurance, in which he represented several insurers in a large number of legal disputes.
