Dr. Alexandra Kelker

Dr Alexandra Kelker is counsel in the Financial Lines Department at the Cologne office. She specialises in the defence of liability claims, in particular against lawyers, notaries and tax advisors as well as insurance agents, brokers and property managers. Since allegations of liability can be based in any area of substantive law, our clients benefit from Dr Alexandra Kelker’s comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the relevant areas of law and procedural law. Due to her many years of experience in the (predominantly procedural) defence against liability, she consistently keeps in mind the often sensitive situation during liability proceedings for legal professionals.
