Dr Jendrik Böhmer, LLM, is a lawyer and partner in the Industrial Liability department at the Cologne office. He is a Specialist Insurance Lawyer and advises in particular on product liability cases. He can draw on sound knowledge of the industry as well as his experience in international and cross-border cases, especially in the area of automotive/vehicle recall cost insurance. In recent years, he has fostered close ties with the insurance industry, including in the context of assignments for worldwide claims monitoring in product recalls. Moreover, he has a well-founded understanding of the automotive industry. Dr Jendrik Böhmer is also specialised in the handling of liability issues arising from software defects and faulty IT services (Tech E&O).
