Dr. Martin Lomb, LL.M.

Dr Martin Lomb, LLM, is a lawyer in the Industrial Liability department at the Cologne office. He is a Specialised Insurance Lawyer and, in addition to major claims, focusses in particular on claims in pharmaceutical liability, liability for defective medical devices and product liability in the food industry. In addition to his legal expertise, Dr Martin Lomb has the necessary knowledge relevant for the assessment of technical, medical and pharmaceutical aspects. Together with Dr Martin Alexander, he recently advised several manufacturers of medicinal products containing valsartan during an international product recall due to alleged drug contamination. In the face of significant media attention, Dr Martin Lomb successfully defended the manufacturers against a large number of claimants.
