Dr Tim Erbstößer is a lawyer in the General Liability and Industrial Liability departments at the Cologne office. His main areas of expertise include – thanks not least to his profound knowledge of English, his extensive knowledge and practical experience in conflict of laws and procedural law as well as his understanding of various products and business areas – international liability and procedural law, product liability insurance and the monitoring of international cases of loss.
