Eva Schönherr

Eva Schönherr is a lawyer in the Life & Regulatory department at the Cologne office. As a Specialist Insurance Lawyer, her main areas of expertise include the nationwide representation of our clients in the field of life insurance, also at the interface with pension schemes. In addition, she specialises in insolvency and enforcement issues of particular relevance to personal insurance, regularly conducting training sessions in addition to handling a large number of cases.  She also specialises in defending insurers and pension providers against allegations of negligent advice in matters concerning the payment of endowment and death benefits and in handling association action proceedings, e.g., for the rescission of life insurance contracts.
