Jens-Niklas Vogel

Jens-Niklas Vogel is a lawyer in the Life & Regulatory department at our Cologne office. He is a specialist lawyer for insurance law and as a specialised litigator, he advises our clients throughout Germany on issues concerning life insurance law. One of his main focuses in litigation is in the area of insurer and intermediary liability arising from cases of negligent advice, the defence against claims for rescission under unjust enrichment law and insolvency legal disputes. He also advises our clients on issues related to insurance supervisory law and assists them in various transactions relevant to supervisory law.
