Karsten Mühlhausen

Karsten Mühlhausen is a lawyer and counsel in the Property, Marine and Transport department at the Hamburg office. He is a Specialist Insurance Lawyer, and focusses on conducting coverage litigation in the entire area of property and business interruption insurance. Our clients benefit from his legal specialisation, his knowledge of issues relating to the calculation of compensation and his expertise in the evaluation of business expert reports. Karsten Mühlhausen also represents our clients in the enforcement of recourse claims and manages administrative court proceedings, for example, in the defence against an order to pay fire extinguishing costs.
