Marcus Schneider

Marcus Schneider is a commercial lawyer in the Financial Lines department at our Berlin office. His areas of expertise lie in the fields D&O/E&O, insolvency and enforcement as well as cyber and data risks. His core competencies include, among other things, the securing of electronic databases business documents that can be used by the courts, the analysis of accounting processes to determine the amount of liability losses as well as recognising crisis and insolvency for the debtor. He is an experienced commercial lawyer who has worked for many years for an auditing company as well as for a Berlin law firm specialising in insolvency law, and as such he has a sound economic and legal understanding.
