Nina Kares

Nina Kares is a lawyer in the Life and Regulatory department at the Cologne office. She represents our clients throughout Germany in court proceedings concerning the rescission of life insurance contracts, in the context of premium adjustment proceedings in private health insurance and in coverage disputes relating to legal expenses insurance. As a specialised litigator, she is not only very familiar with the relevant case law, but also understands our clients' requirements with respect to efficient handling of cases.
