Philipp Rech

Philipp Rech is a lawyer in the Life and Supervision department at the Cologne office. He represents our clients nationwide in life insurance court proceedings, in particular in rescission proceedings following "perpetual" revocation, as well as in the context of premium adjustment proceedings in private health insurance. As an experienced litigator who has already dealt with mass litigation in his previous work, he is not only familiar with the relevant case law, but also knows the requirements of our clients with regard to the handling of cases.
